Standard one-to-one lessons are 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed. The introductory 20-minute conversation is free and is intended to establish goals and suitability.
Prices and accepted payment methods will be shown before payment. Booking an individual lesson will not create a long-term contract.
A clear and fair cancellation window will be set before launch, including arrangements for lateness, absence and teacher rescheduling.
Alternative lesson platforms may be offered where access differs by country.
